Uganda has one of the world’s youngest populations, with over half of its population under 18 years old. The country’s youth population faces challenges such as unemployment, job mismatch, and barriers to entrepreneurship.

By equipping young people with skills in sustainable coffee farming, beekeeping, and ethical agribusiness, we are supporting them to become eco-conscious entrepreneurs rather than engaging in unsustainable practices like deforestation and crime.

We provide tailor-made training, mentorship, and startup resources (e.g., coffee seedlings, beehives, bee forage and coffee shade trees), enabling youth to establish their own green enterprises.

By integrating them into value chains,  such as premium coffee and honey markets, they generate income while contributing to climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable rural development.

We have engaged 5,000 young people across Uganda, with a significant concentration in the Elgon region equipping them with skills and opportunities in sustainable agriculture and eco-entrepreneurship.
